Message from the Chief Executive

CSDA is a leading work based training provider with an outstanding reputation of delivering a high level of success rates well above the national averages.
In recognising the government's agenda for Apprenticeships and coupled with our quest for outstanding work based training, CSDA grows from strength to strength, in that our core values are embedded throughout the organisation. These values and our corporate responsibility influences how our employees perform within the world of work by supporting candidates through a range of vocational programmes.
We have responded positively to the challenging educational landscape and seek to drive up standards in Apprenticeships and work based learning. We give people the very best opportunity to acquire new essential skills for a long term career plan, based on client support and the quality of our delivery.
We have grown significantly both regionally and nationally and recently become partners with two other leading colleges, signing an MOU with UClan to provide progression routes to Higher Education and develop our international market as a major step forward in our strategic plan.
