What is the purpose of this qualification?
This qualification is designed to recognise occupational competence in Team Leading. It allows learners to apply knowledge, understanding and skills to a national occupation level required by employers, thus proving competency in their job role.
Who is this qualification for?
This qualification is for all learners aged 16 and above who are capable of reaching the required standards. The Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading is a ‘cross-sector’ qualification. This means that this NVQ can be taken by team leaders and managers across a wide variety of work areas in both the public and private sectors.
