What is an Apprenticeship?
Apprenticeships are an excellent way of gaining qualifications and workplace experience. As an employee, you can earn as you learn and you gain practical skills from the workplace.
Who are Apprenticeships for?
This is a work based qualification suitable for anyone who is in a customer service related role. Candidates will benefit from gaining a clearer understanding of their responsibilities within their organisation.
Successful completion of an Apprenticeship programme can lead to a number of opportunities for further study. It can also enhance career progression within your industry.
How does it work?
If you are eligible this NVQ can be funded so that there is no cost to you. You will then be inducted by one of our qualified and experienced assessors who will be your personal mentor through your training.
Your assessor will observe you working in your normal environment and write reports about the good things they see you do. With your evidence and answers and the assessors observations you will quickly progress through the NVQ units.
