To proactively promote CSDA’s training and courses to business and industry.

To provide a ‘gateway’ for employers to access the wide range of training – via a dedicated website, e-mail and direct contact.

To monitor changes in employers’ and industry’s training and business requirements, and to help CSDA respond efficiently and effectively.

To explore new and improved ways of delivering training for employers that are more flexible and responsive, for example distance or on-line learning packages.

To work with a variety of partner organisations to advise on future strategy for delivering skills and training for employers.
