Answer any enquiries via telephone, e-mail, the website and face-to-face, and take course bookings, and provide information and advice.

Use the customer relationship management system to respond to enquiries and calls effectively and efficiently, and to ensure we maximise all potential bookings.

Liaise with various units across CSDA to facilitate communication with employers and the delivery of training programmes and courses.

Promote the benefits of using CSDA for training and our range of training provision. This will ensure that in the future CSDA continues to be a leading training provider of choice.
